At Road Fitness we provide a 30min (HIIT) high intensity interval training Program that is designed to transform your entire body!


Our specialized HIIT training workouts burn maximum fat and tone your body in as little as 30min per day!

(HIIT) high intensity interval training workouts are scientifically proven to burn more fat and calories then traditional workouts that are twice as long. Giving you an afterburn effect hours later. 

Mixture in routine is the key to getting the best possible results, which is why our classes are never the same.

We run Kickboxing/boxing and Strength&Conditioning classes that both compliment each other, they are fun, high energy and challenging.

Each session is run buy a certified personal trainer who is there to push, motivate and support you to achieve more. 

Whether you're new to working out or a long time trainer, we have a plan for you!

We run 2 programs at the same time (BODYFIT & STRENGTH). 

Our coaches will help you decide what program best achieves your goals. Alternate classes run side by side, so if you're feeling super energetic, you can do 2 sessions in a row.
