30min is more than enough to get a awesome weights or kickboxing workout in.

If like most you enjoy the benefits of both classes you can do two in 1hr! This is what we recommend for maximum results 

Kickboxing classes let you work on a number of skills and techniques, helping you boost your endurance, strength and health.

These classes teach you the fundamentals of proper kickboxing in a fun and friendly environment!

Specialised weights & cardio workouts focused on 2-3 muscle groups each

day! Utilising equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, sleds, ropes, body weight movement and stacks of great exercises. specifically designed for toning,

building strength and getting you FIT!  The classes are separated into to 2 training levels ACTIVE & ATHLETIC, suitable for all fitness levels.

Our trainers guide and motivate you throughout your workouts ensuring proper technique and weight choices.

A modified version of our athletic program to suit the everyday person who wants fit, functional & ACTIVE . 

KIDS CLASSES

Kids kickboxing class teaches proper kickboxing and boxing skills. Through combinations, bag work & partner drills.

 

Which includes punches, kicks, elbows & knee strikes. 

Teaching the kids discipline, new skills and a confidence
