In the 6 week, you commit to one of our kickstart programs, we provide you with the education for all the necessary tools that can change your life, not just for 30 days, but forever!
Sustainable nutrition, training, lifestyle, mindset and accountability make up some of the skills and knowledge you can carry on long-term after your 6 weeks with us (even though we think you'll want to be a part of the team for more).
Unlike a random one-off class or a free week trial that delivers limited value. We want to give you the proper RF experience and results.

The decision is entirely up to you. If you choose to continue training with us to achieve your fitness objectives, we will assist you in determining the best membership option for your future needs. However, if you decide that RoadFitness is not suitable for you, we will be sorry to see you go, but we understand. You may easily say goodbye without taking any further action.

We understand that your fitness objectives are individualized and we'll begin by evaluating your current fitness level, Our coaches customizing the program to meet your unique needs, and progressing at a pace that's comfortable for you
