Because we post a lot of before and after photos to showcase people’s results, we often get asked, “do I need to take a before photo?”
The true answer is no, but we’ve found that in our experience that most people wish they had of! Photos are a really great way for you to track your progress especially if you aren’t a fan of of using the scale.

A. A photo with your shirt off
B. A normal clothed photo
C. A photo you take yourself and keep to yourself
D. No photos
Whether it’s a photo of you at a wedding, in gym clothes or with your shirt off, it doesn’t matter, it’s totally up to you.
We honestly don’t mind. Some people love the comparison to seeing the visual changes in their bodies, some people don’t. Looking back and seeing how far you have progressed not just in your performance but also aesthetically also is a great source of motivation in continuing your journey.
