We cater to a diverse clientele from beginners to advance, we do this by having 2 different programs Active and Athletic.

Group Training 

Road Fitness offers a 45-minute, full-body workout that combines hypertrophy, strength and functional training techniques for optimal results. The sessions are enjoyable, interactive, and highly effective. We also offer two different levels of programming to accommodate all fitness levels.

Our trainers will recommend either the Athletic or Active program based on your current fitness level.

The Athletic program is tailored for strength training, muscle building, and overall fitness, and is ideal for those who consider themselves everyday athletes.

The Active program is a modified version of the Athletic program, suitable for individuals who desire a fit and functional lifestyle, but may not have the same level of athletic experience or conditioning.

Enjoy a uncrowded gym setting where you can access state-of-the-art equipment 24-7.. Our facility offers a dedicated weights area, a cardio room, and a functional zone to cater to all your fitness needs. To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have limited the number of memberships available, guaranteeing that you will always have unrestricted access to the equipment you require.
