What separates us is that we prioritise body-building training in our group fitness sessions. This way we can hit each muscle properly.
We have a 1: 15 Coach to Client ratio, You are not just a number. This ratio makes for the perfect class!
If a client is unable to make a particular class time, they can still access the daily workout with our interactive TVs, and do it in their own time.

Find Your Fit: Active or Athletic
During onboarding, our coaches will guide you into the right training level—Active or Athletic—based on where you're at and where you want to go.
Active:
For those ready to move more and feel better.
You’ll focus on movements like TRX rows, knee push-ups, and dumbbell work—building strength, confidence, and solid foundations without feeling overwhelmed. Perfect if you're just getting started or coming back from a break.
Athletic:
For the go-getters, the grinders, the everyday athletes.
This level includes bodyweight and banded pull-ups, full push-ups, barbell lifts, dips, rope climbs, and more. For those ready to level up. Whether you’re chasing performance or just love a challenge, this is your lane.

BUILD
BUILD is for people who know strength training is the cheat code to a better body and better life.
We focus on proven compound lifts - squats, deadlifts, bench, pull-ups, shoulder press, and hip thrusts—paired with smart isolation work that actually makes a difference..
Think barbells, dumbbells, slow and controlled reps, and laser-sharp technique. The pace is steady, but the burn is real.
This is how you build lean muscle, level up performance, and actually change how your body looks and moves.
BUILD isn’t just about lifting heavy—it’s about training with purpose, precision, and showing up like you mean it. Plus, we throw in just enough conditioning to keep you fit, fast, and functional.

MOVE
MOVE is where grit meets cardio—built for those who want to feel fit, strong, and unstoppable.
We mix strength and conditioning using movements like sled pushes, farmer carries, rowing, , lunges, running, Wallballs, pushups, dips etc—designed to push your engine and challenge your limits.
Expect non-stop action, full-body burn, and that addictive post-workout high. We hit your core hard and never skip the details.
Can’t do a movement? No stress—we’ll modify it so you still get the work.
This is the kind of session that leaves you drenched, gassed, and fired up for more. 45 minutes of chaos, control, and serious results.
